Job Description:
Provides information, referral, outreach, and assistance to client and client family members. Implement and coordinate all local programs and activities to meet the social and/or emotional needs of their clients and/or the clients'' family. Position may require an associate's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Individual must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision or independently and typically reports to a manager. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
