Job Description:
Description of Duties: Act independently and advice on or manage the solution development and upgrades for large complex engagements. He/she will provide subject matter expertise for establishing world-class approaches to process modeling and process reengineering and lead project teams in designing, developing, and delivering PeopleSoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide solutions and industry expertise to customers and internal project teams for solution development, specifically for PeopleSoft upgrade and integration solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in integrating multiple, diverse processes and systems within a single engagement.
Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline.
Consult and advise client on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust.
Commercially shape deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value based pricing) identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits.
Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
Interact with users to finalize and agree on business requirements.
Assumes client leadership role as trusted advisor, provide leadership in defining business requirements.
Participates as a member of development team or teams; may lead a small development team.
Designs units for others. Completes development to implement complex components.
Contributes to design activities; may design solutions.
Develops independently; participates in code reviews and may lead code reviews. May lead and provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers.
Designs, prepares, and executes unit tests.
Independently implements end-user or enterprise solutions or
prepared by more senior technologists for more complex solutions.
May assign work to others.
Provides time / resources estimates for assigned tasks.
May provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects.
## Qualifications
_Education and Experience Required:_
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (+/-16 years)
Minimum Clearance Level: Secret Clearance
_Knowledge and Skills Required:_
Optimum Candidate Qualifications:
Experience with Army Recruiting and/or Military
Security+ Certification
5+ PeopleSoft and PeopleTools technical experience
DoD Secret Clearance
Working experience with application engines, component interfaces, integration broker and xml publisher
Solid knowledge of and experience with PeopleSoft navigation
Solid knowledge of and experience with PeopleSoft tools and PIA environment
Track record for accurate estimate of effort to PeopleSoft modules and upgrades
Experience in mentoring and managing junior or less experience PeopleSoft developers
Technical expertise is sought after and provided to several projects
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of assigned technology and discipline area
Excellent client communications skills
Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them to technical requirements
Experience in designing system solutions and enhancements

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
