Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for a Multimedia Computer Support Technician to support the Program Manager in computer operations for the Visual Information Team as necessary to accomplish desired performanceThe Multimedia Computer Support Technician will be available during normal operating hours of the contract and perform IT functions as required for media operations to include but not limited to audio/visual support, streaming technology, VTC and other forms of multi-mediaThis position will perform duties encompassing all computer equipment, procurement, life-cycle, inventory and related work processesOur company offers employees the opportunity to join a team where there is a robust employee benefits program, management engagement, quality leadership, an atmosphere of teamwork, recognition for performance, and promotion opportunitiesWe actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clientsResponsibilitieso Initiate, oversee and assure completion of IT work orders placed with Fort Knox NECo Support IT and team requirements as related to streaming videoo Provide technical assistance and resolution as necessaryo Set up new computer systems and perform routine maintenanceo Ensure that Internet security software is updated and running properlyo Maintain computer equipment and software to ensure secure and efficient operationso Procure computer hardware and software as requiredo Test and implement new software programs for the contractual requirementso Support audio/visual presentation support requirements Qualificationso Associate degree in computer technology or equivalent experience in the computer fieldo Prior experience in interfacing with government computer network operations.
o 2 years' experience in a government IT environment.
o 4 years' experience in the use and maintenance of PC workstations and associated accessories.
o Existing secret clearance.
o Experience in technical writing and spreadsheets a plus.
o Experience in video streaming technologyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Proficient with MS Excel, Power Point and Word- MS Office 365.
o Excellent oral and written communication as well as experience in public speaking and presentations.
o Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
o Valid driver's licenseEstimated Salary/Wage Up to USD $28.
