Experience:
One year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes supervisor and management experience and experience in systems analysis and design techniques including data and process modeling, alternative design approaches relevant to the application area, configuration management, computer equipment requirements to carry out studies to advise on the merits of proposed applications, designs, and design changes and effective techniques for prototyping iterative development using agile application development concept and program methodologyIn additional skillset to manage and direct security oversight implementations and appropriate countermeasures required to protect information systems assets from damage, destruction, alteration, or misappropriationThe OPM Qualification Standard provides the following definition:
