Come join our fast-paced team feed our men and women of the United States Armed Forces.
We are looking for an experienced prep cook for both shifts to begin working by March 18th, 2024.
This will be a full-time, year-round position with time off around the Christmas and New Year holidays.
You must be motivated and have a great attitude to be a part of our Southern Foodservice Team.
If you are called, you will need to bring proof you have access to Fort Knox with you to the interview.
You should have knowledge of food sanitation, be able to follow recipes, have a professional appearance, dependable transportation, teachable attitude and a strong work ethic.
The schedule for this position is on a 7-day variable and the shift hours available are 0500 - 1245 and 1145 - 1930.
You can earn up to $22.
20 per hour.
Qualifications Must be able to pass background and drug tests.
1 year cook experience needed.
1 year prep cook experience needed.
Must be organized, clean, fast and able to multi-task.
Must enjoy people and be able to provide Something Extra to our guests.
Responsibilities Be able to prepare and serve food on the serving lines during meal service.
Prepare dining and serving areas counters, stands and tables.
Sweep and mop floors.
Clean and straighten work area.
Verify, count, and rotate stock on delivery days.
Duties include but are not limited to prepping, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dishes.
