Overview i3 is looking for an Applications Systems Analyst who welcomes challenging problems and who has a passion for contributing to the continual growth, improvement, and success of their team and overall organizationThis position will be in FtKnox, Kentucky, and will provide support services, including software development, maintenance, and database administration, as well as other services to the U.SArmy Human Resource Command (HRC)This position will be contingent on contract awardResponsibilitieso Provide phone and in-person support to users in areas such as E-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and other network services.o Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.o Assist and prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.o Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis activities.o May use Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.o Assist in research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems.o Management of personnel who will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, PC, and printer problemsQualificationso Master's Degree with 10
years of experience or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience is required.o Current active DoD SECRET Clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
