Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes work that involves administering a training program, processing training requests, distributing training allocations, scheduling classes, assisting students, and preparing written correspondenceThis definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06)OR Education:
One full year of graduate level education with a major study in education or a subject area related to the position to be filled, such as, Business Administration or Human ResourcesOR Superior Academic Achievement:
