Joint Technology Solution Joint Technology Solution Fort Knox, KY Fort Knox, KY Full-time Full-time $37,795 - $89,517 a year $37,795 - $89,517 a year Joint Technology Solution (JTS) is currently seeking a Project Manager (PM) for a potential contract to provide administrative services within the Office of the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD) and its subordinate agencies.

Summary:
The PM shall possess experience in managing large-scale Government projects; be responsible for planning and execution of all contract activities; be familiar with Government policies and procedures; possess good analytical and time management skills; and be an independent thinker.
Additionally, the PM ensures that all personnel assigned to a task meet Government qualification standards and receive necessary training; coordinates preparation of contractor business plans; reviews contractor/subcontractor deliverables prior to Government submission; and reviews contractor invoices prior to Government submission.
Finally, the PM shall have full authority to represent the contractor on all daily operations; identifies funding and/or execution related problems then ensures the Government is provided timely notification of these issues; and be responsible for overall performance (to include subcontractors) related to this contract.
Responsibilities:
Oversees each section's claims, inquiries and/or RFIs of the CBP procurement to ensure they are processed using the First-in-First-Out (FIFO) method by type of inquiry and program, unless action has been identified as a priority.
Procurement requires the handling of sensitive medical and personnel information that is protected under HIPAA; as well as regulations governing PII and PHI.
PM shall ensure all contractor personnel who are required to handle PII, PHI and/or HIPAA sensitive records/data/information are trained.
Serves as the primary subject matter expert related to the CBP procurement.
Provide management and technical information, including, but not limited to, technical evaluation of suggestions, input for staff studies and other staff actions, fact sheets, audits, recommendations for amending, revising, or originating Government regulations or policies; and other communications as required by Government.
In addition, PM shall be responsible for monitoring contractor compliance and ensuring all deliverables are provided in accordance with the PWS.
Provide overall program management and oversight of GFP/GFE.
Ensure contractor staff are using the updated program SOPs, site manuals and/or regulatory guidance in performance of assigned tasks.
The contract PM shall cross train staff to maximize contractor performance; and manage contractor workforce to maximize throughput, garner efficiencies and ensure workforce is balanced against contract workload.
Keeper of the contractor's quality control program.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or a master's degree with 6 years' experience.
Must have 10 years of military personnel management experience in Training and administration.
Experience managing a contract in similar scope and size.
Have understanding of military protocol and precedence for the types of services being provided.
Have experience with Federal Government funding process.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.
Possess organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects on time and on budget.
Possess interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Possess computer skills - shall be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to work with minimum guidance.
