Summary The Soldier and Family Services Coordinators (SFSCs) provide support the USACC Soldier and Family programs for geographically dispersed Cadre, Families of Soldiers, and Cadets.
The contractor shall provide the following:
outreach to geographically dispersed personnel, information and referral services, identification of resources, and working alongside with Family Readiness organizations for Family issues and support for readiness and deployment readiness.
Provide analysis and data management support to the Soldier and Family Program Division, USACC G-1.
Provide assistance with execution of the Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) Focus Groups planning and meetings; AFAP issue data collection, tracking, and analysis, and command customer follow-up.
Compile and maintain resources to support financial.
literacy awareness campaigns (such as Military Saves) and Soldier and Family personal finance readiness.
The contractor shall conduct training/briefings to provide information about available Family programs to subordinate commands, Cadre, Cadets, Family members, and/or leadership, as requested to include conferences and meetings.
Although it may take several days to fully service a request for assistance, the SFSC shall provide an initial response to requests for assistance NLT than the following duty day.
SFSCs shall attend and support staff assistance visits to subordinate commands.
SFSCs shall develop and provide informational briefings and informational materials about well-being and assistance programs such as the Army Family Action Plan program, Sponsorship program, Child & Youth Services program, TRICARE Benefits program, Financial Readiness program, Army Family Action Plan program, Exceptional Family Member Program, Volunteer program, Relocation Assistance program, Employment Readiness program, Higher Education Resources program, Basic Housing Allowance program, and the Leased Government Housing program.
SFSCs shall create the quarterly Command Family Programs newsletter, social media postings and virtual Family Readiness Group (vFRG) postings.
The contractor shall update the information in the Defense Information Management System and Military Installations websites.
Develop/update resource listings of available military and civilian services and their locations for geographically dispersed Families.
SFSCs shall continually update their understanding of new/emerging issues to provide the most current and relevant support and information to Army Soldiers and Families.
SFSC's shall conduct research and provide data analysis for the Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) and Leased Government Housing Programs; receive Unit Prevention Leader (UPL) training in order to provide assistance with the Drug Testing processes; provide briefing/ training support; assist with supply management/inventory; provide resource referral and information dissemination; support the Command Inspection Program; support Cadet Summer Training (CST); assist with developing Soldier and Family Programs data tracking systems; will become familiar with and adhere to military writing style to assist in development, writing, and review of OPORDs, , information papers, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc.
; will utilize programs and systems in assistance to the Government lead, to include:
Internet Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory (iFTDTL), Drug and Alcohol Monitoring and Information System (DAMIS), eDrugtest, Cadet Command Information Management Module (CCIMM), PowerBI, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
